Welcome to GreatAgents.Net, operated by a licensed Maryland real estate broker (MD Broker #6215). By using this website or requesting an agent match, you agree to these terms.

The service

We introduce home buyers, sellers, and investors to independent, pre-screened real estate agents. The service is free to consumers. GreatAgents.Net is free to consumers. We are compensated by the receiving agent's brokerage through a broker-to-broker referral fee, paid only if a transaction closes (RESPA §8(c)(3)).Requesting a match creates no obligation to work with the agent we introduce, and no brokerage or agency relationship with us; your agency relationship, if any, is formed directly with the agent you choose to engage under that agent’s own agreements.

No guarantee

Matched agents are independent licensees of their own brokerages. We vet them against our published standard, but we do not control and cannot guarantee their performance, pricing outcomes, timelines, or the results of any transaction. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit accurate information, to use the site only for bona fide real estate needs, and not to scrape, copy, disrupt, or misuse the site or its content. All site content is owned by or licensed to GreatAgents.Net and may not be reproduced without permission.

Fair housing

We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity laws. We do not accept match criteria that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any introduction we make. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law, changes, contact
