Be pre-screened and approved as the Official GreatAgents.Net Referral Partner for your town — receiving exclusive warm client introductions in your market. One agent per town. First preference on every match. No subscription, no retainer, no pay-to-play — GreatAgents.Net earns a referral fee only when a transaction closes.

Referral Agents

Hold your Maryland Salesperson or Associate Broker license with GreatAgents.Net for $99 a year. No board dues, no MLS fees, no E&O, no transaction overhead — earn a 25% referral fee every time someone from your sphere closes through the network.

5+ Years in Production

An active real estate license and continuous production for a minimum of five years.

40+ Career Settled Transactions

A minimum of 40 closed, settled transactions — real, verified production history.

1+ Settlement Per Month (Trailing 12)

An average of at least one closed transaction per month over the last 12 months.

Full-Time Agent

Real estate must be your primary profession. Agents with outside full-time employment are not eligible.

Clean Licensing Record

No active disciplinary actions, license suspensions, or unresolved consumer complaints.

Market-Adjacent Office

Your primary brokerage office must be in or immediately adjacent to the town(s) you apply to cover.

Responsive Communication

Partners commit to responding to every introduction within 2 business hours during normal business hours.
