Privacy Policy

GreatAgents.Net(“we,” “us”) operates the website greatagents.net, a real estate agent–matching service run by a licensed Maryland broker (MD Broker #6215, 2530 Riva Rd Suite 300, Annapolis, MD 21401). This policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us to make your match, we never sell your information, and no one gets your phone number except the one agent we introduce you to.

What we collect

• Information you provide — when you request a match or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, target city and state, whether you are buying or selling, your timeframe, and any notes you add. Agents joining our referral programs provide license and business information.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from one of our ads).

How we use it

We use your information to do the one thing you asked for: match you with a pre-screened real estate agent and have a real member of our staff follow up about your move. We also use aggregate data to improve the site and to measure whether our advertising works.

Who we share it with

• Your matched agent — completing your match means introducing you to one agent and their brokerage. That is the service. We do not blast your contact information to lists of agents, and we do not sell leads.
• Service providers — vendors that deliver form submissions and email on our behalf, bound to use the data only to provide those services.
• Advertising measurement— we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) tools to measure our own advertising. If you arrive from an ad and submit our form, a one-way hashed (unreadable) version of your email and phone number may be sent to Google solely to confirm that our ad led to your request (“enhanced conversions”). These partners cannot read the hash back to your contact details, cannot contact you, and receive nothing usable for any other purpose. • Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding 12 months.

Cookies and your choices

You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings. The match form works the same either way.

Retention and security

We keep match requests as long as needed to service your move and meet real estate record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights (including California residents)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to limit sharing used for advertising measurement, by emailing AgentReferrals@GreatAgents.Net or calling 443-221-4046. We will honor verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, and we will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is for adults engaged in real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
