A member of our staff reaches out to learn more about your move and what you're looking for in an agent, then picks from pre-screened agents with recent closings in your market. We confirm the plan with you before any introduction.

Warm introduction — day 2–5
A three-way introduction to the matched agent, with your situation already explained. No cold handoff, no list of five strangers.

You stay in control
Interview the agent. Decline the match. Ask for a rematch. Nothing is locked in, and you never pay us anything.
The six-point screen, in full.
Every agent in the network clears all six — there is no paid placement and no way to skip the interview. This is the standard portals can’t publish, because they don’t have one.

Who pays, and how.
You pay nothing — not at match, not at closing. GreatAgents.Netis compensated by the receiving agent’s brokerage through a standard broker-to-broker referral fee, paid only if your transaction closes. Referral fees between brokerages are expressly permitted under RESPA §8(c)(3), and we disclose ours plainly.
