5+ Years in Production
You must have held an active real estate license and been in continuous production for a minimum of five years.
40+ Career Settled Transactions
A minimum of 40 closed, settled transactions over the course of your career — representing real, verified production history.
1+ Settlement Per Month (Trailing 12 Months)
An average of at least one closed transaction per month over the last 12 months, demonstrating active, current market engagement.
Full-Time Agent
Real estate must be your primary profession. Agents with outside full-time employment are not eligible for the Referral Partner Program.
Clean Licensing Record
No active disciplinary actions, license suspensions, or unresolved consumer complaints on file with your state real estate commission.
Market-Adjacent Office Location
Your primary brokerage office must be located in or immediately adjacent to the town(s) for which you are applying.
Responsive Communication
Referral Partners commit to responding to every introduction within 2 business hours during normal business hours. Responsiveness is a condition of continued participation.
